Mesa Vs Mesa

Hi Dawn! Here are the pics of the two houses in Mesa. In my opinion, it's not even a question which one I think you should put an offer on.
This first one is in a questionable neighorhood. The rent you could get is still about $875-900. The neighborhood is not well taken care of at all. And though you can't see it in pictures, there are a few small holes in the interior walls that would need to be repaired.

master shower - the glass doors need to be replaced

And here's the other one, the 4 bedroom with 2 car garage. This neighborhood is fantastic. All the houses around this one look great. There's almost nothing besides appliances that needs to be done to this house. I wouldn't be surprised if this turned into a multiple offer situation.

the kitchen is in better shape than the pictures let on. other than needing appliances, it's on good condition cosmetically

master bathroom - nothing special but nothing wrong with it

This house is super cute. It needs some color on the walls and some appliances and maybe the carpets cleaned. Even the carpets being cleaned might be a stretch, they're really not bad at all. This house is pretty much move in ready.
