Hey Seth. Here are the pics of the house. No doubt that all of the carpet needs to be replaced and the whole houses could use some paint. The inspection report you received last night is very thorough so all these pics are more for you to get an idea of the floor plan and what cosmetic repair is needed. If you click on a picture it'll enlarge for you. Press the back button afterwards to return to the rest.
view from kitchen into family room - that's one of the 3 lofts on the other side of that half wall towards the top of the pic. your master bedroom is on the 1st floor through that opening on the left behind where your tv would be
the pool is a circle - kinda cool. the inspector had mentioned that it was a well built pool, put in after the house being built. there are hairline cracks in the plaster but that's typical since it's a concrete material. there didn't appear to be any damaged plaster.
view from family room into kitchen (accidentally shot wide angled, whoops). that's another one of the 3 lofts upstairs on the other side of the wall at the top of the pic
the bar area in the family room - no bar sink. there's a see through window into the stairwell. not sure what their intention was with that long narrow open space next to the bar but elissa noted it would make a great wine rack/refrigerator ;-)
the front room you walk in to - formal living and dining space with gas fireplace
one of the lofts
a weird opening in the wall, on the other side is those beams that they installed
loft #2
the secondary bedrooms are HUGE
another secondary
guest bath with linoleum
3rd secondary (all are upstairs)
master bathroom - tile's a little funky but the bathroom is a good size
master walk-in closet
view #2 of master bath. i just realized that i somehow managed to get no pics of the master bedroom. it's a decent size, no bay window, and is downstairs behind your family room.
laundry room - nothing special. some of the linoleum is damaged
downstairs half bath
was that necessary?
view #1 of the kitchen. the do it yourself tile countertop leaves a little to be desired but the cabinets are nice. even if they are missing a lot of the doors.
bay window in the eat-in area
doggy door
about half of the baseboards are missing
some cosmetic work around this window. and the outside pane has been shattered
view from above
some drywall repair in loft #3
