this is the only area of concern, there's mold growing in the corners of the bathtub and in the corners on the ground. there's no water damage on the walls or floors, this is just from not running the fan or opening the window after showering. removing the moldy caulking and recaulking would take care of it

**other than a little bit of mold in the guest bathroom, everything else looks pretty good.
