**this house is really nice. it is 4 levels though. the level you walk into has the garage and the den, the level down has a family room with full bathroom, bedroom, and laundry room. the level up has the living room, kitchen, and eat in area, and one more half level up has 3 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
